I am a Professional Educator/Associate Professor of the School of Business, Project Director, Independent Business Consultant, Author of Queen Eats No Bake Treats Cookbook, Chief Operating Officer of the Langston Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Copperfield Homeowners Association, former Chair of Academic Council, former Member of the Graduate Council, Mentor/Advisor, and Member of Project Management Institute (PMI). I earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (BBA) from University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, a graduate degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University, in Kennesaw, Georgia, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership (DM) from the University of Phoenix, in Phoenix, Arizona. My experience includes 25 years in management, administration, and business as well as approximately 20 years of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in online, adult studies, and traditional classroom environments. In the academic industry, I have developed curriculum, conducted degree audits, participating speaker at ceremonies/events, networking/building partnerships, planning and budgeting, etc. In business, I developed training strategies, provided leadership, organizational behavior, created employee manuals, helped with marketing initiatives, budgeting, AR/AP, HRM, inventory, purchasing, profit/loss, sales, networking/building partnerships, quality assurance, etc. I have four adult children and two granddaughters. In my spare time, I enjoy being a DIYer, solving puzzles, playing word games, Bible Trivia, gourmet cooking and baking, conducting research, staying abreast of new technology, self-development, and spending time with family and friends.
